The NGCHC meeting will begin with a working lunch at Noon on May 29th and end at 2:00 PM on May 30th, 2012. The meeting is being held in conjunction with the Marmillion Co. Blue Ribbon Resilient Communities Forum at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. The NGCHC participants have been invited by Marmillion Co. to the opening reception for the Blue Ribbon Resilient Communities Forum to be held beginning at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 29th at Tulane University. Further information will be provided as their schedule is finalized. In addition, you are invited to attend the Blue Ribbon Resilient Communities Forum and meeting May 29 – June 1, 2012 being held at the Hyatt Regency. The opening forum will be held at Tulane University. The NGCHC Annual Science Meeting is intended to report on the activities and accomplishment of Year Two to date. The information from the meeting will update all participants, evaluation team, and the external advisory board on the status of the project. Discussion will be held to respond to the evaluation team and external advisory board recommendations for improvement and planning for Year 3. The Year Two annual report will be drafted from responses to the metrics on the portal that will be open for response mid-April thru April 30, 2012. The annual report will be finalized after the annual meeting and submitted in June, 2012.
